I had to work yesterday, which gave me a lot of time to think about some things (as do all Saturdays that I spend at work).
One thing I've been thinking about lately: Why do the knobs on the sides of the paper towel dispensers in public restrooms say "Emergency Feed" above them. Does the lack of paper towel hanging down for you to grab really constitute an emergency?
Speaking of which, I used a bathroom on campus yesterday that I had never used before. It was the one just at the top of the fourth floor stairs, just by the Music/Dance library. It was pretty nice, but totally creepy at the same time. I don't think I'll be using it again.
Also, why do people raise their hands in class and then, when the teacher calls on them, say, "I have a question"? Wasn't that kind of made obvious by the raised hand (or will be made obvious by the appearance of a question word as soon as they open their mouths)?
Also, why do I not have a car? Anybody want to take me up to Logan next weekend? Or any weekend, for that matter. I know, I know, I had never really heard of the place either until I started dating Tim, but it really is sort of fun up there. I promise. I do go with his sister sometimes, but she just isn't exactly the most reliable source of transportation.
Other than that, I have the best home teachers ever! I always get the good ones.
Oh yeah, and we are getting married in 100 days! Thanks to Bed Bath and Beyond for counting down for me.

The "I have a question" thing has bothered me for years. Glad to know I'm not the only one...
I'm trying to fanangle my way up to your wedding. I am very excited for you - living away from the sweetie is no good at all!
Does the ride board still exist? There must be tons of people from Logan that go home on the weekend.
